Custom Training Plans
For returning athletes! If you’ve already had one or more Coaching consults with me and you would like to continue on with just the training plan, here you go! A Race Training Plan can be geared towards your next race of any distance and Maintenance Training is for the essential in between time when you’re maintaining fitness/base building but not in training for a specific race. Just let me know what’s up next for you and I’ll set your schedule accordingly!
Just Training Plans are purchased in 4 week blocks. Below is the recommended amount of training time for each race distance:
Marathon-50k: 16 – 24 weeks
Half Marathon-25k: 12 – 20 weeks
10k – 10 mile: 12 – 16 weeks
1 mile – 5 mile: 8 – 16 weeks
Maintenance Training: 4 weeks – life!
