If you’ve had Coaching with me recently for the same race distance, or just don’t need Coaching Consults this time around, a Custom Training plan may be right for you! You can purchase a Custom Training Plan (meant for race training) or Maintenance Plan (meant for the in between race training).
Custom Training Plans
Custom training plans are made based on your questionnaire answers about your running history and goals. Plans will be on the Final Surge Platform. You will also receive a detailed Training Guide that includes your custom pacing chart (if applicable), education on training strategies, and training/racing tips for your goal race. You may email or text me anytime with questions about your training! Please fill out this questionnaire and I will send you an invoice; prices are listed below. Please allow 1 week for me to create your plan. Thank you!

Maintenance Training
Maintenance plans are for current or returning athletes (who have previously purchased coaching, consults, or custom plans) who are in between training cycles or taking a break from training for specific races. A maintenance plan is perfect to keep you consistent in your running and fitness during that in between time! Purchase in 4 week blocks.
