No time for a virtual consult or don’t need the ongoing coaching? You can still purchase a Custom Training Plan or Generic Training Plan (Generic Training Plans coming soon!)!

Custom Training Plans are made based on your questionnaire answers about your running history and goals. You may choose to use the Final Surge Platform or I can email you a PDF/paper plan. I will also include a handout of “training tips” for your goal distance. You may email or text me anytime with questions about your plan or training! Please fill out this questionnaire after you purchase* your plan! Please allow 1 week for me to create your plan. Thank you!
