Custom Training Plans

Custom training plans are made based on your questionnaire answers about your running history and goals. You may choose to use the Final Surge Platform or I can email you a PDF/paper plan. You will also receive a detailed Training Guide that includes your custom pacing chart, education on training strategies, and training/racing tips for your goal race. You may email or text me anytime with questions about your training! Please fill out this questionnaire after you purchase* your plan! Please allow 1 week for me to create your plan. Thank you!

Generic Training Plans

All Generic Training plans include a detailed Training Guide that explains training strategies, running paces, running rate of perceived exertion scale (RPE), and training/racing tips for your goal race.

16 week Intermediate Half Marathon Training Plan

16 week training plan: This plan includes 1 weekly long run, 1 weekly speed workout, and 1-3 additional running days for a total of 3-5 runs per week. Intermediate level (Blue Wildebeest): You should be able to comfortably run 35-40 minutes before beginning this plan. All generic plans also include a detailed Training Guide that explains training strategies, running paces, and provides training and racing tips for your goal race.

12 Week Intermediate Half Marathon Training Plan

12 week training plan: This plan includes 1 weekly long run, 1 weekly speed workout, and 1-3 additional running days for a total of 3-5 runs per week. Intermediate level (Blue Wildebeest): You should be able to comfortably run 50 minutes before beginning this plan. All generic plans also include a detailed Training Guide that explains training strategies, running paces, and provides training and racing tips for your goal race.
